Established in 2007, MCP Synergy I. Investment L.P. is a limited liability investment partnership providing funding and support for business growth to create and nurture business ventures playing key roles in Japanese media and content industries.

Investing primarily in the following fields, the Partnership creates synergies between the companies invested in by striving to increase corporate value through proactive participation in management and business operations, together with strategic limited-liability partners (operating companies) and hands-on partners:

• Firms currently holding primary copyrights (all rights) or capable of creating such rights in the future
• Firms providing services contributing to businesses using primary copyrights
• Firms currently holding secondary copyrights (sublicenses) or capable of creating such rights in the future
• Firms providing services contributing to businesses using secondary copyrights
