President:Akihiro Azuma
Mr. Azuma joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 1986, where he worked on group management strategies and financial strategies in the finance, accounting, management planning, and new business preparation sections in Recruit and in First Finance Co., Ltd., a subsidiary. As manager of the group in charge of planning in the business administration sector, he helped plan business support services for financial institutions through multimedia, including magazines and the financial channels of Web portals. In January 2000, he joined Wit Capital Securities Co., Ltd., where he served as director in charge of marketing and was involved in providing support for the listing of shares and consulting on mergers and acquisitions in the investment banking unit. His work at Nikko Antfactory primarily involved mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. In April 2005, He assumed his current position.
Mr. Azuma is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tokyo.
Director:Katsumi Omura
In 1975, Mr. Omura joined Showa Line, Ltd., where he served in the accounting and financial sections. In 1988, he joined JAFCO Co., Ltd. At the subsidiary JAFCOVEN Co., Ltd., he oversaw the management and administration of investment partnerships run by JAFCO, as well as accounting operations. After working in the operations section, he served as general manager of the teams in charge of funds management and planning and general affairs. In 2001, he joined Nikko Antfactory K.K., where he worked as a managing director.In March 2008 he assumed his current position.
Mr. Omura is a graduate of the College of Law and Politics of Rikkyo University.
Director (Part-Time):Yoshihide Ebina
Yoshihide Ebina joined Sumitomo Corporation in 1991, and has served in the Finance Department, the Investment Development Department of Financial Service Division. He assumed his current position of Private Equity Team Manager of the Investment Business Department in April 2010. He was appointed a Director of ACA in March 2010.
He holds a B.A.in Economics from Kyoto University and an MBA from Indiana University.
